The CRYSA Spring Academy will provide an extra opportunity for
motivated CRYSA players to train in a positive learning environment. This program is offered in addition to the Spring Season. Led
by the Technical Director Kevin Lindo, players will undergo a ten week program
which will aim to progress the individual technically and tactically whilst
building team ethics and responsibilities. Using the CRYSA Curriculum the
program will build playing and practice habits that develop the athlete
holistically. Our mission is to develop players who are comfortable in
possession, can be decision makers both on and off the field and show respect
to players and coaches. It is completely player centered with the
primary focus on athlete development.
