CRYSA Spring Academy 2019
A bonus night of training for those young athletes who are passionate about the game!
You must be registered in Spring Club Soccer to register for Academy
Led by our Technical Director, the players are given an advanced level technical training, to better themselves in the present and to help reach future goals in the sport. Academy training will give them the tools and mold them into well rounded players, athletes, and teammates!
Each academy player will receive a training top and will be invited to play in jamborees in nearby communities as well as locally.
Academy is a 9-week program that works sequentially to help players understand themes/positioning and decision making.
Themes such as “individual possessions” “defending as a unit” and our brand new “introduction to goalkeeping” for U8-10, will be taught in 2-3 week blocks to help players learn the fundamentals of the game in a fun, encouraging, self-expressing environment.
We will also be having a girls group from U7-U10 led by former CRYSA graduate and current U18 tier 2 (VIPL) provincial champion Maddy Stevens who will be returning from Fall Academy.
